Short answer: It can be — depending on your goals.
Here’s what you should know:
✅ Fewer pesticides – Organic foods are grown without synthetic chemicals
✅ No GMOs – Certified organic = non-GMO by default
✅ Better for the environment – Organic farming supports soil + ecosystem health
✅ May have more nutrients – Some studies show slightly higher antioxidant levels
❗BUT: Not all organic food is automatically “healthier.”
